Cattle Receipts:  598          Last Week:  626      Last Year: 604

Compared to last week, slaughter cattle were 3.00 to 4.00 higher.  Feeder cattle were 
3.00 to 6.00 higher.  Moderate demand, market activity and offerings.  Quality of 
cattle average.

Slaughter cows made up 8 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 1 percent, 
replacement cows 0 percent, and feeders 91 percent.  The feeder supply included 33 
percent steers, 39 percent heifers, and 28 percent bulls. Near 20 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs. (Figures in parentheses are weighted average weights and prices 
for each category)
